Returns/Refunds Policy

Please get in touch with us for any questions or concerns regarding refunds.


Returns can only be made due to manufacturing faults. Send through a description and photo or video evidence within two-three business days from the day you receive your goods so that we can determine the best outcome. Do not throw away the item/items in question as you may be asked to return them for further investigation.
Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any claim. Refunds can not be made due to change of mind or preferences.

Freeze dried items can be extremely fragile. Even when the contents inside are crushed they still taste amazing and can have a variety of uses. Freeze dried items will not be considered refundable unless a clear manufacturing fault is found.


We take extra precautions to ensure your package arrives safely. If your package or item within your order is damaged contact us or the courier company directly. PLEASE NOTE damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the courier company, we will not replace or refund damaged items unless there is a clear manufacturing fault.

If you have received the wrong item or an item is missing due to a mistake on our part, you will be refunded or sent out the correct item free of charge.
